Return & Refund Policy

RV Power Essentials LLC handles direct purchases clearly and fairly. Please contact us before sending any item back.

1. Direct Purchases Only

This policy applies only to products purchased directly through RVPowerEssentials.com. Products marked “View on Amazon” or sent to another retailer are purchased from that retailer; its return, refund, warranty, and customer-service rules apply.

2. 30-Day Return Window

For eligible direct purchases, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible, an item must generally be unused, uninstalled, not permanently mounted, undamaged, complete with its original packaging and included components, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Product-specific, supplier, carrier, and safety restrictions can also apply.

3. Start a Return Before Shipping

Email info@rvpoweressentials.com with your order number, name, item, and reason for the request. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Wait for written approval and return instructions. Do not send an item to a business or mailing address unless that destination is provided in the approved instructions; some approved returns must go to a supplier, warehouse, or carrier-designated location.

4. Return Shipping

• Confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect direct orders: RV Power Essentials covers return shipping when needed or provides another appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, refund, or supplier/manufacturer support.
• Customer-preference returns: for an eligible, approved return within the 30-day window, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless RV Power Essentials expressly authorizes another arrangement in writing.
• Large, heavy, oversized, battery-related, or regulated items: return shipping may require special handling, carrier coordination, original packaging, or additional review before approval.

5. Items With Safety or Condition Restrictions

Items may be ineligible for return if they have been installed, mounted, used, modified, damaged, exposed to water, fuel, oil, or unsafe conditions, or are missing packaging, manuals, accessories, cords, hardware, or other included parts. Gift cards, personalized or made-to-order items, and items marked non-returnable on the product page are also not eligible unless required by law.

6. Refunds, Replacements, and Cancellations

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are generally processed within 10 business days after approval. Original shipping charges and handling fees are not refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed RV Power Essentials error, defective item, incorrect item, or damaged shipment.

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for every product. For qualifying issues, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another resolution depending on availability and the circumstances. Cancellation requests are considered promptly, but may not be possible after an order has entered processing, been submitted to a supplier, or shipped.

7. Warranty and Support

Manufacturer warranties, registration, repair eligibility, and warranty decisions are controlled by the manufacturer. RV Power Essentials may help direct you to the appropriate support path when available.
