RV Power Essentials LLC is committed to providing clear, reliable shipping information for products purchased directly through RVPowerEssentials.com. Please review the policy below for processing times, shipping options, delivery estimates, tracking, and important limitations.

1. Direct Orders vs. Third-Party Retailer Links

This Shipping Policy applies only to products purchased directly through RVPowerEssentials.com.

Some product recommendations on our site may be marked “View on Amazon” or may direct you to another third-party retailer. For those purchases, shipping options, delivery times, tracking, returns, customer service, and order fulfillment are handled by the third-party retailer according to that retailer’s own policies.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Most direct orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order confirmation email is received.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
  • During high-volume periods, supplier delays, weather events, carrier disruptions, or product availability changes, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email when possible.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed. Shipping rates may vary based on order value, item size, item weight, destination, carrier availability, and selected shipping method.

Total estimated delivery time includes both order processing time and carrier transit time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

4. Shipping Carriers

Direct orders may ship through major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other available carriers depending on the item, supplier, shipping method, and delivery destination.

Carrier selection may vary and may not always be available for customer selection at checkout.

5. Large, Heavy, Oversized, or Regulated Items

Some RV power products, generators, battery-related products, power stations, solar equipment, or oversized accessories may require additional processing time, special handling, signature confirmation, carrier coordination, or limited delivery options.

Certain items may also be subject to carrier restrictions, state restrictions, size limits, weight limits, or delivery limitations. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you when possible or the order may be canceled and refunded.

6. Delivery Locations

  • RV Power Essentials currently ships direct orders within the United States.
  • We do not currently offer international shipping for direct orders.
  • Shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, remote areas, or restricted delivery locations may be unavailable for certain products or may require additional transit time.
  • Some large or carrier-restricted items may require a physical street address for delivery.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when tracking is available. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear after the shipping label is created.

Please monitor your tracking information and delivery location, especially for higher-value power equipment or items that may be delivered in large packages.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, please first review the tracking information provided by the carrier. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, routing issues, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

  • If your order appears lost or has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact us at Info@RVPowerEssentials.com with your order number and tracking information.
  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the packaging, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue.
  • Please keep all original packaging and damaged items until the issue is resolved, as the carrier or supplier may require them for inspection or claim processing.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. RV Power Essentials is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.

10. Order Cancellations Before Shipment

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at Info@RVPowerEssentials.com.

We will attempt to cancel the order if it has not yet been processed, shipped, or submitted to a supplier for fulfillment. Once an order is in processing or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be available and the order may need to follow our return policy.

11. Returns and Refunds

Shipping and delivery questions are handled under this Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, refund timing, and return instructions are covered separately in our Refund Policy.

Please review our Refund Policy before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
